- Bridge Convertible Bonds: An innovative financing solution with an interest rate exceeding 10% and a duration of 12 to 16 months. It provides temporary cash flow to start-ups in the process of fundraising to finance key milestones, such as entering clinical phases or commercial development.
- Equity: This classic option allows investors to acquire a stake in the start-ups, while benefiting from tax advantages linked to tax reductions or the share exchange mechanism.
